Mohan Narayanan - Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mohan Narayanan is a veteran in the IT industry having spent more than 27 years helping the Indian knowledge industry grow to a global super power. As a co-founder and CEO of Kubos, Mohan currently is focused on building a world-class consulting Organization that provides customers with the best of consulting expertise and implementable corporate solutions.

His career has taken him across the world associating him with many Fortune 500 customers. His last corporate assignment was with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he was instrumental in setting up and successfully spearheading one of the largest verticals in the Organization, Healthcare & Life Sciences, which was acknowledged as amongst the top contributors in terms of growth and revenue. He setup the first Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) initiative by an IT company in India for supporting clinical trials of a very large pharmaceutical organization, in addition to building innovative tools, competencies and solutions for the entire Healthcare spectrum. Prior to Cognizant, Mohan worked with Tata Burroughs, Mumbai (currently TCS) for over 10 years and with Macneill & Magor Ltd for over 4 years.
 

Mohan Narayanan is a member of various Industry forums and is a regular speaker at Nasscom events, especially on Healthcare. He is a member of the scientific advisory board of Sciformix Corporation; a US based life sciences KPO. He is also a chartered member and part of the governing council of TiE Chennai.

Mohan takes keen interest in socially relevant initiatives and is a director in the board of Healing Fields which is a non-profit social welfare organization focused on providing health services and education to the rural poor.
His passion for learning and development means that he plays an active part in Industry- Academy relationships. He is the member of executive council of IIT Madras Alumni Association and takes responsibility for creating mentoring interactions between students and alumni. He has also served as a member of the executive council of Centre for University Industry Collaboration (CUIC), Anna University, India.
By way of education, Mohan has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.
Vidya Murali - Director
Ms Vidya Murali is a HR professional with over 14 years of intensive experience across the spectrum of Human Resource activities. As part of her global consulting and corporate experience, she has played a key role in creating powerful and pragmatic HR solutions, systems and processes for several Organizations.

Vidya has been part of the HR Leadership team in leading multi-national Organizations, including Cognizant Technology Solutions (a Tier-1 global IT services major) where she was responsible for setting up the People development function. In her role as consultant, she has enabled several Organizations to transform their talent strategy & adopt robust people practices in the areas of executive assessments, performance management, leadership development, HR design & transformation &
cross cultural sensitivity. In addition to her passion for HR, she is an expert in learning and behavioural training, having designed and delivered a large number of focussed training programs and learning solutions in behavioural areas encompassing entry level trainees to executive leadership teams. As co-founder of Kubos Consultancy Services, Vidya is fully committed to growing the Company into a globally recognized, dynamic and vibrant consulting Organization that consistently adds tremendous value to every customer.
Vidya holds a masters degree in Human resources. She is a qualified assessor from Saville and Holdsworth, UK for Assessment centres and is also a certified MBTI practitioner.
Viswanathan Srinivasan - Affiliate Consultant
Founder CEO and Principal Consultant, Team Global, LLC. Viswanathan Srinivasan ("Vishy" as he is popularly known) is a recognized Global Business/Technology leader in creating world class technology delivery capability and shareholder value through thought leadership, strategic thinking, superior execution, people orientation and personal dedication.

His career highlights include MD, CTO, COO, President, and CEO positions in IT Services, consulting and Fortune 50 Financial Services companies at a global level. Most recently, Vishy was the Managing Director, Resource and Location Strategy, for Global Technology Infrastructure with JPMorgan Chase, and before that, was Senior Vice President, AD Excellence, for Chase Retail Financial Services (CFS).
He spearheaded JPMorganChase thrust in strategic offshore sourcing in Applications Development/ maintenance, Business Process and Technology Infrastructure services, that resulted in annual savings of several hundred million dollars.
Prior to JPMorganChase, he established and managed two offshore software companies, in India and Barbados, the first one a subsidiary of Citicorp in India - COSL. COSL was one of the founding members of NASSCOM, and led the adaptation of the CMM model in the Indian offshore industry. In the early phases of his career, Vishy worked in software development, project management, marketing and general management positions in the Tata group of companies.

He has a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Indian Institute of Management  (IIM), Ahmedabad, India, and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology   (IIT), Madras, India.
